• Content Management System
  Simply put, this means that you have the ability to log into your website from any computer in the world (with internet access) and are able to make changes from an easy-to-use administrative back end. You don’t have to download any new software, and with the option to switch to a Visual Editor, you don’t even need to know HTML or any other coding languages.
   
• Email
  Choose up to 5 email addresses for forwarding wherever you require.
   
• Web Marketing
  Tailored meta tags – title, description and keywords for every page
  Search engine submission – we will submit your site to the search engines once complete.
  Free website statistics for website traffic analysis
   
• Support
  Staff are available for any questions during the design and development process.
   
• Ownership

• Training
  Once we have set up your site just how you like it, you will be wanting to make changes and update it yourself. Excellent! this is why you wanted this system in the first place. Everyone learns differently and generally we can get you up and going in about half an hour in a one on one situation. If you live locally come and see us and we can get started straight away, you might even get a cup of tea, or if you are from out of town then give us a ring or we can ring you – just whatever suits.

Ongoing Costs – Information:

• There may be ongoing costs relating to third-party services you may use on your website, for example running credit card capabilities on your online store.
   
• We are happy to accept BarterCard as a payment option for our Website Packages listed above. However, ongoing costs such as domain name and hosting renewals (as well as any other ongoing costs) must be paid to Voicecom in New Zealand Dollars.
   
• The first year of Domain name and Hosting are both included for the first year in our three packages detailed above. After the initial year, your domain name will be billed annually at $49.00 + GST and web hosting will be billed annually at $200.00 + GST.
   
• If you require Voicecom to perform ongoing maintenance like updates or additions or extra training, we charge on a time taken basis at a rate of $100 + GST per hour billed in 15 minute increments.
   
• *CMS Software Updates –  Service Level Agreement: From time to time, WordPress, ShopperPress and Prestashop developers will roll out software updates. These updates are necessary for fixing bugs and holes in security as well as sometimes providing extra functionality to the software. Voicecom is able to apply these updates to your website (backing up your website first) as they are released. For the first year, this for this is included in the cost of your Website Development Package. After the initial year, this cost is either billed at $5.00 + GST per month or at $60.00 + GST per annum. Please note that Voicecom takes no responsibility for any problems that may occur if you attempt to upgrade your software yourself. Voicecom also takes no responsibility for any problems that may occur after any upgrade. If your website code or stylesheets require any changes after an upgrade, we are more than happy to make the changes.
   
• There are no other ongoing costs directly relating to the running of the WordPress and/or Shopperpress Content Management Systems.
